1. It is disingenuous.
2. Good customer service is lacking.

1. Your sales person knows about their profession and products.
2. What your sales person does not know, they have eagerness to find the answer or solution to.
3. They have good etiquette.
4. They are respectful.
5. They listen.
6. They are responsive.
7. They ask for your feedback.
